doggies and daffodils

pondhopI went to Cheekwood after church today. By the time I finished lunch, there were dozens of dogs lined up for a doggie-model contest...
...and some being fluffed and prepped in adjacent gardens and lots:
The resident owl didn't seem to think much of the goings-on:
My main reason for going today was to see the daffodil show in the exhibit hall:
This one is called "Weary Dearie":
