no-knead bread
Jan. 25th, 2016 10:31 pmI had my doubts about there being any decent bread at our neighborhood markets this weekend, so I gave Mark Bittman's no-knead recipe a go. The results got a thumbs-up from the BYM, and the slices I cut for myself tasted pretty good with cocoa-hazelnut spread.
