Sep. 12th, 2015 12:10 amBlessed are you, Lord our God, for these things that have made this week wonderful:
1. The privilege of enjoying both my day and moonlit gigs.
2. Learning that a sermon I delivered more than 8 years ago helped a young woman come to terms with bisexuality.
3. Spending some quality time with German postcards today.
4. Writing three new poems this week.
5. My poem "Ruins is up at Autumn Sky Poetry Daily.
6.
kafj's poem on re-emergence.
7. The blog highlighting the practice of saying 100 blessings daily.
8. The perfume strips in the September stack of glossy magazines.
9. Getting home in time to see a bit of Roger Federer magic.
10. Some good points from Stan, too.
11. And I'm now sharing the lead in my WTA Pro Pelican bracket.
12. Wearing jewelry made by Aunt Louise.
13. And some pieces she used to own, too.
14. Bubble tea.
15. Tiny ripe tomatoes.
16. Successful software installation.
17. Introducing a colleague to Google Ngrams.
18. The energy in this Something Rotten video.
19. Farm fresh eggs.
20. Greeting Friday evening with a lovely white wine.
21. Clean sheets.
